Silo features homemade recipes made with fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers and vendors in and around New York State. We are known for our award-winning fried chicken, mac & cheese, and other unique chicken ‘accessories’.

At Silo, we only serve dark meat when it comes to our chicken. Why? Because we think it is the best! It is moist, has great flavor and frankly just melts in your mouth.

Try one of our unique globally inspired entrees featuring on-the-bone fried chicken. Favorites include our Wizard Green Coconut Curry or the classic Silo Fried Chicken entree with homemade cornbread & honey butter served with vinegar-based slaw.

Silo also serves an array of both vegetarian and vegan dishes, like Vegan Green Coconut Curry featuring fresh greens, purple coconut sticky rice and our Asian pickles, or our addictive Veggie Mac (V not Vegan). We are sure to have something delicious for everyone!
