After 10+ incredible years of growing and expanding Silo Food Truck, we have made the bittersweet decision to conclude our full-time operations - including our residency at Liquid State Brewing Company in Ithaca, by mid-September 2025.

Our journey has been nothing short of amazing, thanks to our fans, vendors, partners, staff, and the wonderful community that has supported us every step of the way.

This decision wasn’t easy, nor made swiftly. Owning and operating a food business has been a true labor of love, filled with passion, dedication, and unforgettable experiences. Sharing this journey as partners in life and business has brought us immense joy and valuable lessons. As we look ahead, we’re excited to embrace a new & different chapter—one that brings fresh opportunities, balance, and personal and professional growth for each of us.

Silo Food Truck has been a cornerstone of our lives and a source of pride, built with heart, soul, and a shared vision to make people happy! We will forever cherish the memories and the relationships we’ve built along the way. To our family, staff, and friends who have been there for us—whether for a season or the long haul—thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Our partnership with Liquid State Brewing will wrap up mid-September 2025, and we will finish out the month with our original model: vending at beloved community events and festivals. Apple Harvest Festival 2025 will mark our final event of the year, but rest assured, Silo Food Truck isn’t disappearing entirely. Moving forward 2026 and beyond, you’ll still find us at some of our favorite events including: Ithaca Festival, GrassRoots Festival of Music and Dance and the Apple Harvest Festival.

We will continue to serve up all your favorite Silo dishes at Liquid State Brewing Company Wednesday through Sunday for dine-in, pick-up, and delivery thru mid- September. Starting this month, our events truck will hit the road for a final season filled with community events, festivals, music, markets, weddings, and private gatherings.
