"Don't be A Chicken"

Co-Owners and partners in life, Jesse Steve and Katie Foley, started their LLC, Ball of Energy, only one year after having met and debuted Silo Food Truck in July of 2015.

Since their opening they have participated in many large scale festivals and have fed Silo to over 30,000 people at events including:

PHISH Magnaball 2016, Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival in Florida, The Great New York State Fair, GrassRoots Festival of Music and Dance in Miami, FL, Shakori Hills, North Carolina, and in Trumansburg, New York, Cayuga Sound Festival in Ithaca, New York and NASCAR at the Watkins Glen International Raceway.

Jesse and Katie love serving food in the mist of music, art, culture and celebration. They believe that life is what you dream it to be, and that you should work hard for what you believe in and play harder with those you love.  They take risks and embrace being uncomfortable.... as they know it's the only way to achieve great things.
